Non-Engagement Process

- This will show whether your participants are currently considered engaged or not.
- This is useful because it allow you are to flag and engagement concern by clicking the blue "View Progress".
- This will bring up a new window with your participants progress.
- If you have any concerns and have already done a lot to already check that they have engaged, you can add a note under Engagement Notes and change the Engagement Status from Engaged to Not Engaged.
- An example note would be: Has not submitted any work in Cycle 2, I have chased via grade centre, email and phone - no response".
- Updating the progress to Not Engaged, will also update the column on the Candidate Details and Progress section and will passed to our administrative team to get the participant to re-engage.
- Once a participant has re-engaged, you will be able to see the update on the Engagement Status column.
- There will also be a note when you click the blue "View Progress" to advise what the administrative team have done.
