Facilitators who are Best Practice Network employees or Associates must have CCMS access to use Canvas for delivering learning or marking assessments. How to get access to CCMS
Before accessing Canvas, make sure you can sign in to the CCMS system.

How to access Canvas through CCMS
- Sign in to CCMS.
- Find the box on the right-hand side of the screen. It shows your Canvas username and a link to Canvas.
- Select the blue button to open Canvas.
- On the Canvas login screen, enter your Canvas username and password.
Your Canvas username is the letter “a” followed by numbers, for example, a123456.
Your Canvas password is initially the same as your CCMS password. You can change the passwords later if you want them to be different.
