Finding your session details
On your dashboard, each session will be listed as an Event (or, for some learners, a Virtual Classroom).
Online sessions
These will include the Zoom link you need to join the session.Face-to-face sessions
These will include the venue address and any relevant location details.
Apprenticeship learners: “Virtual Classrooms”
If you are studying an Apprenticeship, your sessions may be labelled Virtual Classrooms instead of Events.
A Virtual Classroom is the same as an Event — it simply means an online session delivered live, usually via Zoom.
You will still find it in the same place on your Participant Dashboard.
Logging in to your dashboard
Log in using the email address you used during your application.
If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot password on the login page.
You’ll be emailed a link to set a new password.
Event resources
Some events require you to bring specific learning materials. All learner resources — including event resources — are available on the correct Virtual Learning Environment for your programme (Canvas, Mosaic, or Bud). Please check your Virtual Learning Environment to access everything you need.
