Which details should you use?
Canvas is our main virtual learning environment. You normally sign in to Canvas with a username, which usually starts with a p followed by numbers, such as p123456.
However, you must use your email address rather than your username when resetting your password. Canvas sends the password reset link to the email address you used during your application.
