You can join a scheduled 1-to-1 online meeting via the Meet tab on your participant dashboard when your coach, mentor, or tutor has started it. If only a Register button appears, wait and try again later. If you registered before the meeting began, re-register once it starts or use the Zoom registration email to join.
You can attend an arranged 1-to-1 online meeting through the Meet tab on your participant dashboard. Only join when your coach, mentor or tutor is expecting you and has started the meeting.
How to join your 1-to-1 meeting
- Open your participant dashboard.
- Select the Meet tab.
- Select Join Meeting to launch the meeting.
- If you see Register and Join, enter your details and join the meeting.
What to do if you only see Register
If you only see a Register button, your coach, mentor or tutor has not started the meeting. Do not register at this point.
- Close the tab.
- Wait one minute.
- Return to the Meet tab and select Join Meeting again.
What to do if you registered before the meeting started
If you registered before your coach, mentor or tutor started the meeting, register again once they have started it. Alternatively, use the Zoom registration email you were sent to join.
Your LPC or tutor will then let you into the meeting.
