The Best Practice Network Participant Dashboard lists all scheduled sessions as Events or Virtual Classrooms, providing Zoom links for online sessions and venue details for face-to-face ones. Apprentices find Virtual Classrooms, which are live online sessions, in the same dashboard. Log in with your application email at bpnsystems.net, and reset your password if needed. Event resources are available on your programme's Virtual Learning Environment: Canvas, Mosaic, or Bud.
You can find details of all your scheduled sessions on the Best Practice Network Participant Dashboard. Sessions are listed as Events or, for some learners, Virtual Classrooms.
What information will I find for each session?
Your Participant Dashboard provides the information you need for each scheduled session:
- Online sessions: the Event will include the Zoom link you need to join.
- Face-to-face sessions: the Event will include the venue address and any relevant location details.
Where do apprenticeship learners find their sessions?
If you are studying an apprenticeship, your sessions may be labelled Virtual Classrooms instead of Events.
A Virtual Classroom is the same as an Event. It is an online session delivered live, usually through Zoom, and you will find it in the same place on your Participant Dashboard.
How to log in to your Participant Dashboard
- Go to the Participant Dashboard.
- Log in using the email address you used during your application.
If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot password on the login page. You will receive an email containing a link to set a new password.
Where do I find event resources?
Some events require you to bring specific learning materials. All learner resources, including event resources, are available on the correct Virtual Learning Environment for your programme: Canvas, Mosaic or Bud.
Check your Virtual Learning Environment before the event to access everything you need.
