To start with Mosaic, sign in to Microsoft Office using your Best Practice Network (BPN) Participant email ending in @bpnparticipants.com at portal.office.com. If needed, follow Microsoft's sign-in and Multi-Factor Authentication steps or watch the guidance video. Then, go to the Mosaic login page and select "Sign in with Microsoft" to access Mosaic.
To get started with Mosaic, sign in to Microsoft Office using your Best Practice Network (BPN) Participant email, then open Mosaic and select Sign in with Microsoft.
How to sign in to Mosaic
- On the device you intend to use for Mosaic, sign in to Microsoft Office with your BPN Participant email address. This email address ends in @bpnparticipants.com. You can sign in at portal.office.com.
- If you need help signing in to your Office account or completing the Multi-Factor Authenticator (MFA) steps, follow the written steps provided by Microsoft Office during sign-in. You can also watch the guidance video.
- Go to the Mosaic login page.
- Select Sign in with Microsoft at the bottom of the Mosaic login page.
