Overview
Your Participant Dashboard is your central hub for programme and event information.
Through the Participant Dashboard, you can:
- View your programme schedule
- Access details of face-to-face events
- Access joining links for virtual events
- View important programme updates and event information

Accessing Your Participant Dashboard

Username
The email address you used when submitting your application.
Password
The same password you used for your initial application.
If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
Important Information
All face-to-face event information is linked specifically to your participant record and is available through your Participant Dashboard.
If you do not see your event information immediately after logging in, please do not worry. This usually means that programme groups or event arrangements are still being finalised.

Viewing Your Event Information
After logging in, select "View Participant Dashboard".
Programme Schedule
The Programme Schedule tab provides an overview of your programme, including any key information relevant to your training.
Events
The Events tab contains information about your scheduled events, including:
- Dates
- Times
- Locations
- Joining links for virtual sessions
Face-to-Face Events
For face-to-face events, your dashboard will display:
- Event date and time
- Venue location
- Additional information under More Details, such as parking arrangements, travel information and venue guidance
Virtual Events
For online events, the location will be displayed as Online.
The More Details section will include the joining information and any relevant links required to attend the session (The dashboard image shown below is representative examples only. Event dates, times and locations will vary for each participant).
Accessing Mosaic
Mosaic is the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) used for Initial Teacher Training programmes.
Please note that Mosaic is separate from the Participant Dashboard. Your Participant Dashboard contains your event information, while Mosaic is used to access learning materials, programme resources and training activities.
