For any workforce interaction with learners that is not linked to a specific event, an associate group will be created. This serves several purposes, including providing staff with secure access to learners' contact details and ensuring that workforce members only have access to the information relevant to their role.
Once you have logged into CCMS
- Look at the dashboard and you will see a list of your associate groups.
- Click on view to see the learner in that group
- Click show/hide to show additional details, for example email and contact number
- You will then see your learners contact details
