Staff can log in to CCMS at https://ccms.bpnsystems.net/login.php using MFA via a one-time password sent to email or a code from an authenticator app. To set up MFA, log in, select your profile, then "Manage MFA," and choose your preferred method. Future logins require entering the verification code. MFA method can be changed anytime. A trusted-computer feature for 30-day authentication is planned but not yet implemented.

How to set up MFA for CCMS
- Log in to CCMS.
- Select your profile icon in the top-left corner.
- Select Manage MFA.
- Choose either One-Time Password or Authenticator App.
- Complete the steps for your chosen method below.
How to use a one-time password
If you choose the one-time password (OTP) option, CCMS will send a code to your email each time you log in.
- Open the email containing your one-time password.
- Enter the one-time password in CCMS when prompted.
How to use an authenticator app
If you choose the authenticator app option, CCMS will display a QR code. If you do not already have an authenticator app, you can download one from your app store, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
- Open your authenticator app.
- Use the app to scan the QR code shown in CCMS.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app into CCMS.
- Select Verify.
What happens when you log in again
For future CCMS logins, you must enter a verification code using your chosen MFA method. This will be either a one-time password sent to your email or a code from your authenticator app.
How to change your MFA method
You can change your CCMS MFA method at any time.
- Select your profile icon in the top-left corner of CCMS.
- Select Manage MFA.
- Choose one of the available MFA options.
- Complete the setup steps for your chosen option.
Will CCMS remember a trusted computer
A trusted-computer tick box is planned for CCMS. Once implemented, selecting it will authenticate that computer for 30 days instead of requiring authentication at every login.
This feature will be implemented after staff have had time to become familiar with authentication.
