In CCMS, LM and LPC users can use the Associate Dashboard to review participant engagement, record concerns, and change their status to Not Engaged by adding notes and updating the Engagement Status column. The administrative team then attempts to re-engage the participant, with updates visible in the dashboard. A video guide is available for this process.
In CCMS, use the Associate Dashboard to review a participant’s Engagement Status, record your concerns and change their status to Not Engaged. The administrative team will then try to help the participant re-engage.
This process is for LM and LPC users.
How to record that a participant is not engaged
- On the Associate Dashboard, go to the Candidate Details and Progress section.
- Select Show/hide columns and add the Engagement Status column. This shows whether each participant is currently considered engaged.
- If you have an engagement concern, select the blue View Progress option for the participant. A new window will show their progress.
- After you have done what you can to check whether the participant has engaged, add a note under Engagement Notes.
- Change the Engagement Status from Engaged to Not Engaged.
An example Engagement Note is: “Has not submitted any work in Cycle 2. I have chased via Grade Centre, email and phone — no response.”
What happens after you record non-engagement
Changing a participant’s status to Not Engaged updates the Engagement Status column in the Candidate Details and Progress section. The update is also passed to the administrative team, who will try to get the participant to re-engage.
Once the participant has re-engaged, you will see the change in the Engagement Status column. Select the blue View Progress option to see a note explaining what the administrative team has done.
